Dear Event Module Team,

I have found some SqlDataProvider issues since version 03.02.00  so some wrong statements in the SqlDataProvider 03.02.00 like drop table [dbo].[Temp_{objectQualifier}Events] but right it must be

drop {databaseOwner}[Temp_{objectQualifier}Events]

This make some big problems by dnn users that not work with dbo as dabaseOwner !!!!   Also i have check the version 03.03.07 there are many {databaseOwner} Statements missing, that are must set for users with other databaseOwner then "dbo" .  Please Check your SqlDataProviders and correct them!  The last version of Event Module so chrashes my dnn installation by update !

Thanks

Matthias

There were quite a few issues in the Events module 3.2.0  We have fixed most of them and I would download and try the latest beta for the module (3.3.8) on my site: www.avanced.net

Alan,

I just checked out latest beta, Matthias' issue in 03.02.00sqldataprovider has not been fixed.

And I just had a quick look at 03.03.08.sqldataprovider, line 10 must be

CREATE PROCEDURE {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}EventsGetByRange

in order to support databaseOwner other than "dbo." correctly.

Besides, Matthias has issues in his installation, if not (nearly) every table name is preceded by the databaseOwner.

HTH

Cheers from Germany,
