Make sure that you have the "DotNetNuke.Common" namespace referenced and jsut use:

string url = Globals.NavigateURL(TabId);

for the current page you can use "this.TabId" or the "ActiveTab.Tabid"

Pass in any tab id and you are good to go.

hope that helps ya!

What I get returned is:  /DotNetNuke/Home/tabid/37/Default.aspx

the actual url should include a prefix of: http://localhost:4754/   then the "/DotNetNuke/Home/tabid/37/Default.aspx"

Any ideas?

These two will return the url OF the current page:

    Dim Url As String = Request.Url.ToString
     Dim RawUrl As String = Request.RawUrl

Alternatively if you want to build a url to LINK to the current page

Dim UrlLink as String = Globals.NavigateURL()
DIM  urlLinkTab as String  = Globals.NavigateURL(TabId)

Globals.NavigateURL - would return the tab info i.e.  /DotNetNuke/Home/tabid/37/Default.aspx

Request.Url.ToString - would return: http://localhost:4754//DotNetNuke/Default.aspx

Thus I used them both to get: http://localhost:4754//DotNetNuke/Home/tabid/37/Default.aspx

            Dim sPageUrl As String = Request.Url.ToString
            sPageUrl = sPageUrl.Substring(0, InStr(1, sPageUrl, "/DotNetNuke", 1) - 1) & Globals.NavigateURL

Works like a charm.  Thanks again.

Dean
