First of all, if you're using DNN 4.5.1, you should NOT have a Form.ascx.vb file. If you do, then you've probably installed the source code of a .net 1.1. module (the Repository module) in a .net 2.0 environment and that's not going to work.

The source code is for DNN 3.X ONLY. The module can be 'installed' on both DNN 3.X and 4.X but the source should only be installed on DNN 3.X.

The only way you can make the code change yourself,. is to load the source onto a DNN 3.X solution, load the solution into VS 2003, make the code change, recompile the module ( creating a new DotNetNuke.Modules.Repository.dll and DotNetNuke.Modules.Repository.SqlProvider.dll ), then create a new installation package ( using the DotNetNuke.Repository.build batch file ). THEN you can install your newly updated Repository module on your DNN 4.X web site.

The other option is to simply wait for 3.01.12 to be released.

It's made some significant progress through the Release Tracker lately and is almost through the testing phase ( only the security audit remains ). So hopefully it will be released soon
