i need to use the User Account task which is gonna be run by non-admin user...can it be done?

I say "yes" when your a programmer but it would be a grave security on your server. What do you intend by this?

is it available on a module or i should develop it by myself??

yes, i think i will add a user as a semi-administrator to manage the users. i dun want this user (semi-admin) to modify the layout, the module, and anything else. i think we can manage what module will be visible to some user, can't we?

can u help me how to do it?

The problem is (without a lot of programming) is that each user can create new admin - and the security for the internet portals not acceptable.
