This may save someone some time.

I've just spent some time hunting a reason as to why I could not get the header of a grid to display white text. No matter if I set colours on the header item or in css the color value I set was just ignored, or so I thought.

I eventually tracked it down to default.css

TH  {
    vertical-align: baseline;
    font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica;
    font-size:  12px;
    font-weight:    bold;
   color: #003366;
}

The solution was to remove the color attribute from the above.

If I leave the color value in theTH of default.css and add another in my module.css I thought my module's css would be applied last and thus it would be the value to apply in my grid. Not so, unfortunately.

I am using a Component One grid.

Declan
