Hi,

Is there a list somewhere of what WebControls are in which versions of DNN.  I'm developing a module and I am considering using the TabControl, but I would like to know the earliest versions of DNN that support it.  I checked Gemini but didn't find anything.  Is this information listed somewhere?

Thanks,

Mike

I don't believe that information is easily available.  Technically the question to ask isn't if it can run on a particular DNN version, but a particular WebControl version.  It is possible that earlier versions of DNN have their webcontrols updated.  I do understand what you are saying though, as at a bare minimum at version X of DNN version Y of the controls are included.  This blog announces the release of the DNNTabstrip.

Sorry I could not be of more assistance.

Hi Jon,

So will the latest webcontrols work on say 4.1?

Thanks,

Mike

Yes, the latest webcontrols should work with any version of the framework, though it may require updating the clientapi dll as well (webutility) along with the appropriate js files.
