My host provider isn't very good but I have to use it. It has some problems with cashing but I foun a solution to it - DNN restart everyday. So I need help - how to schedule App Restart in Scheduler. Just like I would by clicking App restart in Host options.

You would have to create a custom scheduler process that performs that action and then register it to execute.

Is the process of creating sheduler descibed somewhere or do I have to do some "reverse engineering" on source code? If so where can I find sheduler processes in code?

SOmeone posted an example regarding the creation of a scheduler item earlier this week, but I am having a problem finding the post.

The post was by Phillip Beadle (I don't know if I got the last name right....but I think I am close...)

You may want to check the permissions on the /Portals/_default/Cache dir.  This was a huge mess for me earlier.  If your using shared hosting and/or have a hosting manager or hosting control panel you may wanna start there modifying the Dir, or server may disregaurd changes to permissions.  Also check your events in the host menu.  If you see a cache error with Access Denied, it is very possibly a permission issue.

NOTE:  Installing Front Page Extensions Before or After The DNN install & setup will create Dir Permission Conflicts.
