How do i change the date format for each document displayed?  At present, there are 2 formats for created data and modified date.  I would like to standardise them ,but don't know how.

Sorry my mistake, I was looking at something else.  I should have asked, can I modify the date format to be dd/mm/yyyy or another format of my choice?  Other modules set there date in different formats and this results in mixed formats on a single page, which is a bit off-putting.

Generally, the date format will be driven by the locale selected for the currently logged-in user.

Thanks Anthony.  So are you saying that there is no date format configuration, at all?  It would be nice to have.

If you want to force your site to use a specific culture, try changing settings in <globalization> in web.config.  More info here: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hy4kkhe0(vs.71).aspx
