Hi, my company previously had a intranet (html and asp pages), where we have documents (xls, pdf, doc, etc.) you can download.  On the old intranet we could click on a 2.5 MB file and it would download instantly (within 1 second).  Now, that we use DotNetNuke for our intranet, the transfer rate is a lot slow.  For example, it takes about 50 seconds to download a 2.5 MB file.

DotNetNuke is installed on the same server that housed our old intranet.  My question is does DotNetNuke somehow restrict the transfer rate or bandwidth used somehow?  Is there a setting somewhere?

If not, any other ideas?

Thank you!
