Setting up a webfarm using ServerIron + two IIS6 front ends accessing separate SQL2005/Content server

Setup clean DNN4.5.1.site using wizard - after issues with code access security (had to add entry to DotnetNuke 2.0 Config) managed to logon as host / admin but the admin / host menu tabs are missing as are the dropdown (config) arrows in the top left hand corners of the modules nroamlly available when logged in as host.

Tried moving the content to same server as IIS (leaving SQL on separate server) and the admin / host menu plus dropdown arrows appear on host login as normal

Any ideas?

Tried setup using DNN 3.3.7 - worked ok

Upgraded to DNN 4.4.1 - still ok

Not going to DNN 4.5.1 'til bit more feedback about webfarm setups / troubleshooting
