I just removed the project and created a new DNN 4.5.1 web project.

Clearned cookies, tried to login using the host / dnnhost.  Login ok, but still won't let me change the password.

There's something really strange going on with these passwords.

Any other ideas?

Anyone else having this problem?

I'm still having this problem.

After clearing the cache, rebooting, running around the office twice, sometimes it will let me login and change the password.  Most of the time it won't.
