I am not new to .NET programming, but I am slightly new to DotNetNuke. I'd like to consider contributing to this project, but I will need to become familiar with the source code before I make a final decision.

Than being said, I'm having a heck of a time finding the source for this project and would greatly appreciate some assistence. I believe I've found and extracted the source, but I can't find any of the VB files, especially source for EventController. Can someone on this forum help me out?

Thanks!

You can download the source for version 3.3.7 of the Events module on the DNN Downloads page. The source for 3.3.8 won't be released until the module passes through the DNN Release process (which I think Alan is expecting to occur pretty soon). You should probably wait for a few days until the 3.3.8 source is released as it has significant fixes and changes.

Thanks for the head's up on the pending 3.3.8 code release. I'll keep an eye out for it.

I've finally found the actual code for the module in a zip file in the code distribution package. If my understanding is coorect, I just unzip Events_Source and copy it under the Events folder in Desktop Modules. Is this right?

Thanks again! I'm looking forward to contributing in the future.
