I have been having issues when trying to update my site recently. When I upgrade something, whether it be changing text or links, or adding or deleting a module or page, the update will disappear (new page disappears, newly added module disappears, etc.). It usually happens during the update, but sometimes it has waited for a day or two before reverting, and it does not seem to be limited to one module or even one type of module or page. I cannot seem to figure out the problem and would appreciate any help that could be offered.

That would seem like a solution, but I am also using the Active Directory authentication, and the site would no longer use windows authentication when I tried it. There are others that are experiencing the same problem with 4.5.1 and 4.5.2. i ended up reverting back to 4.4.1 for this reason.

No, the upgrade issue with AD is that the site hangs when you try to do automatic logon. That is unacceptable, so I went back to 4.4.1 where I am having the issues that are described in my original post.
