New Community Website

Ordinarily, you'd be at the right spot, but we've recently launched a brand new community website... For the community, by the community.

Yay... Take Me to the Community!

Welcome to the DNN Community Forums, your preferred source of online community support for all things related to DNN.
In order to participate you must be a registered DNNizen

Note: The error below is fixed in DNN 4.5.3.

Some of you may get the following error when unzipping the Upgrade version of DNN 4.5.2.

"!   C:\SystemSetup\DNN\(Current Version)\DotNetNuke_04.05.02_Upgrade.zip: CRC failed in Portals\_default\Containers\DNN-Blue\Image Header - Color Background.JPG. The file is corrupt"

When you examine the unzipped files, you will find the above file missing. You can get it from the Install zip of DNN 4.5.2.

This missing file should not adversely affect any use of the Upgrade version, as-is, however (because the file should exist in the version you are upgrading from, as far back as 4.3.2 - maybe even earlier).

FYI - DNN 4.5.3 now has the uncorrupted file in the zip for the Upgrade version.
