I've successfully used 4.4.* starter kits in vs2005. When i try creating a project with either the 4.5.1 or 4.5.2 starter kits i get file not found messages for quite a few files. Many are prefixed with fck_ and others like spellchecker.js.

The project creates anyway and the i hit CTRL+F5 and it takes me to the wizard. When i select the Auto install option I get the following output:
