Why do I have this strange feeling that this will be another Frequently Asked Question?

DNN 4.5.3 Account Login can not be added to page.

Wait a second, this is intended behavior? You've got to be kidding me. Admins should see all modules on a page, no questions asked.

Seems like they botched the account login module fix or just took the easy way out.

This is a bug.

I think that was an intention by the developer. In this sense "when something is logged in, you must not see the form. Please log off then you can't log in with another identity". 
I'm not convinced if this is a good idea but at least it will lead to some hot discussions.

if you have ideas for improvement, please log them into the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com, so they won't get lost.
