Another newbie question...

I'm developing a set of modules, and as I started the developement, I stripped away the references to the YourCompany qualifier within all of the namespaces, and from all of the SQL objects.   My question is this: As I prepare to package my module up for distribution to other interested parties, should I really consider going back and replacing those qualifiers?

Is the YourCompany qualifier only for my (the development organization) benefit, or does DNN provide some sort of implementation for the end user which I will be lacking from my modules if I don't accomidate it?

Thank you :)

-Clay

Clay,

you should replace YourCompany with your company's name to ensure, that namespaces etc. are unique!

How does one know where all to replace the YourCompany string?  Is there a list?  Can the template be easily changed?

To change it do a search & replace on all files in the control you are using, or you can edit the template itself, but if you are new to Visual Studio I would not recommand the second option.
