I'm impressed. The speed is good and the UNC Shares support is much welcomed. A few questions:

-How can I search for documents within this module? Will it integrate with your Open-SearchEngine, or possibly other (whole site) search engines, like Zoom?

-Do you plan on adding icon support? Seeing a pdf icon for pdf documents would be nice.

I initially had trouble using the UNC but I uninstalled and reinstalled the module, which seemed to fix it.

Will post more feedback as I use it more. Thanks.

My biggest need for a doc mgt system is to be able to search the contents of docs, not just the metadata. Can this do that?

Bug report: Can't get new folders to show up from a UNC share after the first synchronization.

Method to reproduce: Install ODL, add to tab, go to settings and set UNC C:\example, give USERS full permission on folder (both in ODL & Explorer). Synchronize. Add folder C:\example\test, synchronize. Folder will not show up (folder view).

Any ideas? I've tested it on 2 different machines.

Hello dnninstalled,

1. Check the Report Log of O-DL by going to Settings/Global in the Fuile system section, there are 2 icons. the secon icon is a report that will show you what happened and any errors.

2. Check you event viewer, if an error occurred it will be there.

It is most likely a permission inheritance issue on a file or on a folder.  We are modifying the routine so that if an error occurs on a specific file, the whole process does not stop.

Regards,

Andreas
