I have created a module that uses the Yale CAS single sign on system to authenticate my users. If a user does not exist, they are added to the DNN database. I had to modify ~/admin/security/logoff.aspx.vb to send the user to the CAS logoff page as well. This clears the SSO cookie and deletes the ticket on the CAS server.

My issue is that originally I had hardcoded the redirect URL into logoff.aspx.vb. Now I've set up a settings.ascx in my module where I give the user the ability to set the URL for the CAS service. How can I get to that information from logoff.aspx? I imagine I will have to lookup the ModuleId or DesktopModuleId of the CAS module I created, and then get the modulesettings for that module. But what controller is used to lookup the definition and how do I ensure that I have the right module?

Thanks in advance,

It might be easier to create a specific table for your settings, then you could query your settings table based on portal id to get the proper redirect location.
