I see.   In that case, it looks like the solution will be to use a different I.P. address for each IIS website then.

We have a DNN 4.6.2 site with the default portal and a second portal. Each portal has a different ip address and different host header value. Both use TCP port 80 and SSL port 443. We have 2 self-certificates, one for each portal. On each portal we have a secure login setup. I cannot get both portals using SSL at the same time. Once I get the first portal SSL login working, the the second portal SSL login quite working. Then I get the second portal SSL login working, the first stops working. I cannot get them working at the same time. Any ideas? We have a separate site with a single portal and the SSL stuff works just fine!
