Issues in dotnetnuke4.x.x

The issue is, when I published the dotnetnuke website,  there would be an error in the run time.

In the other words, if I compiled the dotnetnuke website(the purpose is remove the source code files.), the error would be rise.

Finally ,I found the directory "App_GlobalResources" is main reason of this issue. There's a conflict between DNN's App_GlobalResources directory and ASP.NET 2.0's App_GlobalResources directory.

it is not possible to publish dnn in a compiled form, see this thread: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/80/threadid/27731/threadpage/1/scope/posts/Default.aspx

synapsis: the culprit is the App_GlobalResources folder, which can be rename, however, because it is used as a constant in DNN, modules compiled against an older DNN folder will no longer run (as constant values are not taken from the dll at runtime, but are statically saved in the modules' dll at compiletime)

In other words: fixing this in the core would mean a breaking change for many modules....
