I have create a user defined table with more dan one downloadtype field. When a browse to the first downloadfile, DNN upload and display this file correct. 
When a browse to the second downloadfile, the browser is refreshed and my first downloadfile field is empty.  So, i can't  define in a UDT-module never more then one downloadfile field. Is this a bug in UDT? Please reply, thanks!

No, that is a bug in DotNetNuke 4.5.2/3

The UrlControl was refactored in DNN4.5.3, as it contained a lot of serious issues. It was long time overdue doing this cleanup. We made some serious testing that the new urlcontrol does not break any module. I discovered some major issues regarding UDT, but they were all fixed. Unfortunatly we did not test UDT with mutiple urlcontrols, so that bug was discovered but now.
You will find the related gemini issue inside the tracker, I will report to this thread when I know a fix.

If you need to change one of your fields, here a very dirty and ugly work araound: Go to manage table, change all datatypes that uses the url control (url, download, image) to text expect for the column you want to alter. Now make your updates and change the datatypes back to the old types.

I have the same and another problem:

I have 4 download columns, and when I select the file from one and save, the UDT show the same file at selected column and at the following columns.

For example if I add a row and select the file "name.ext" at 2nd column, in the view page I have the file at the 2nd, 3th and 4th column.

Is this a bug? Where is a Fix? Thanks for support.

as Stefan pointed out, this is an issue of the URLcontrol, that shall be fixed in upcoming DotNetNuke version 4.5.4

No, it will not be fixed with DNN4.5.4

You will need UDT3.4.0
