Hi,

I have written a small application in VB.net. The software works fine "stand alone"

When i build the project I end up with the following in the directory:

1. A bin directory with a number of files with the extension of either .dll or .compiled
2. In the root directory, my aspx pages, Web.config and a PrecompiledApp.config file

I know that it's possible to write a vb application from scratch and make it into a DNN module but is there a simple way to drop the above application into DNN manually please?

Many thanks

Trev

So far as I know, there is no automatic conversion process for an existing web application to be made into a DNN module.  The manual process would require you to convert all of your aspx pages into ascx contols, and implement some sort of DNN-friendly navigation.  If you aren't needing to use any other DNN functionality (like gettting user information, or using the standard data provider), that should get you pretty far, if not all the way.  Check out Michael Washington's article on navigation options in DNN for help on that part (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryID/1313/Default.aspx).
