Hi !

I'm a beginner at DotNetNuke (about a month of exploration) so don't be too rude .

I'm developping a Module and I wanted to use the ModuleMessages to show the user's input errors. If I throw a message (DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.AddModuleMessage(this, "test", DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.ModuleMessage.ModuleMessageType.RedError) ) from my page load, there's no problem, the message is shown.

The problem is if I try exactly the same thing in a function called by a button (or by anything else), the message is not shown.

I figured that my problem could have been that I use Ajax in the page (because it's shown on PageLoad and not after) but even if I delete my AjaxManager, it still do the same thing.

Do anyone can help me to understand the way the ModuleMessages work plz ?
