Hi,

I was trying to install some modules on version 4.5.3, like FAQ, Feedback through the Host menu.  And got the following error:

Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for dotnetnuke/roles: Could not load file or assembly 'DOTNETNUKE' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

did you give the application pool identity modify rights on the web root (by default thats the ASPNET user on XP and NETWORK SERVICE on windows 2003 / vista)
