I've gor the same error message in event viewer.

Try uncommenting <identity impersonate="true" /> in your web.config. You may also have to change the line to <identity impersonate="true" userName="domain/username" password="password" />

I have the same error in a new installation of version 4.5.3. Do you fix this problem?
