I have tryed to install DotNetNuke on my Windows Vist but i getting server side erro page like as number 500.

Sould i have a MSSQL database installed on my machine and there could i find it?

I run a WAMP on port 81 and will run IIS on port 80.

Some guys there will help me?

The overall installation process is pretty similar to installation on Windows XP and others, the biggest difference is that on Vista you must specifiy that you are using a "Classic Application Pool" within the Virtual Directory for your DNN installation.  You can use my installation guide as a good way to get started .  The guide can be found at my site http://www.mitchelsellers.com
