How can I give users the option to delete their own posts? By giving them moderate rights they can only edit their own post BUT CANNOT delete it

If you have them as trusted users I believe that should give them the ability to edit/delete their posts.

the users do have trusted rights, but they only get the "Edit", "Quote", and "Reply" options and NOT the "Delete" option. By the way I am running forum version 03.20.08 and the users are being authenticated via windows authentication in active directory

First of all I would recommend upgrading to 3.20.09.

I will have to look I thought trusted users could delete...

We ran into the same problem here with 3.20.09. Users cannot delete their posts.

They can start a new thread and quote/reply but not delete their own posts.
