I have a strange problem... I hope someone can help.

We're using the banner advertising module and it works fine... although we have one computer where the administrator doesn't have access to the "Edit Banner" or "Add New Banner" links... and can't see the ad on the page on which it is displayed. I can login as her on my computer and see the ad and add/edit the vendor record. For some reason on her laptop, it doesn't work.

She's running Windows XP, using IE 6 and FireFox... it doesn't seem to be an issue with DNN (because I can login as her and see the ad and can add/edit banner ads on my computer), and it doesn't seem to be an issue with the browser because I can see all whether using IE or Firefox.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Thanks for your help.

Make sure she (on her comp) doesn't have a) View selected on the very top left and b) Design icon (right most icon on the Page Settings menu on top left) has minus on it, not plus (in which case tell her to click on it to toggle).

Thanks vitkoz,

Both settings are correct. She doesn't see the ads even when visiting the site as a user,..  not logged in.

Any other ideas? I appreciate them.
