-> Csimpkins :

I've been looking a bit at the Codeplex (since I'm just as unfamiliar to it as you were), and downloaded the Team Explorer.

I'd very much like to take a deeper look at the Lua.dll, and I'll try to set up a project at codeplex. And after this, I think this thread should move from "Make It Hot" to "Expand It" :-)

Anyways, I can be reached at martin@martinmoesby.com and MSN:martin@livephoto.adsl.dk. I think it will be easier to communicate directly than messing up this forum...and then we can eventually post updates and status in here.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Ohh, and just to keep in thread:

Version 3 of my Tribute skin has been released, with more containers, more skins, more pagelayout possibilities and more graphics...
I'm getting closer and closer to the official WoW-site:-)

Regards,

Martin

Martin is right that this is begining to bleed into the 'Extend It' area.

For those interested in the WoW DNN Modules - please do one of two things:

  • Monitor the following CodePlex projects:
    • .NET WoW Roster (I have posted documentation/data model, and will create a code project skeleton this weekend - but I will be canabalizing my current Guld Roster code into this codebase, which I hope to have in a beta-state within 3-4 weeks)
    • .NET WoW Calendar (I will 'publish'/open this project up within two weeks)
  • E-mail me using my csimpkins alias at the fastmail.fm domain

I've posted up a tentative schedule for the modules on the front page of the projects, and encourage folks to post feature requests and discuss where they would like to see the modules go. Martin has indeed also set up a CodePlex project around the DNN skin development, but it isn't public yet.

Hi csimpkins,

Nice to see that projects start...
I hope in few days, can see a little more...

i'm a little far from programming, i'm wil be better in SQL Database,......
but i'm a player and a GM,
so... i can give u my experience and my needs,.

Roaster integrated in DotNetNuke,...   wow... it will be amazing..
GUILD Calendar (if possible integrated with GEM - Guild Event Manager - add
On to WoW)  underfull

Another thing, if possible...
 - manage RAIDS Groups (classes, specs, loot's, )
 - and to a GM know a guild Need - Members Attument Factions...
(thats important to know if many members need few or to much to be attunment)
(and... so oriented a internal help to that members...  like Karazhan Attunment)

best regards,
i will keep my eyes on your project...

OK, Pls visit my website http://www.martinmoesby.com, so that I can REALLY brag about my finished skins:-)

WoW Premium and WoW Plagiat. (it's not really a plagiat skin, no phishing sites from here)

They look real cool, and Im very proud of them.

Many thanks to Machinekiller and Anders Nielsen for testing the skins, and to Nina for technical support in regards with FF/Netscape issues.
