I recently upgrated to DBB 4.5.3 and all was working perfectly.  I had a productive night of dropping modules and tweaking content, woke up in the morning, and had a problem editing content using the FCK editor...would display some of the icons vertically, aligned right...and then had a string of the same icons (a row of printer icons, arrow icons, b for bold icons, italics, et al) all the way across the editor window making it impossible to use the editor.

I thought perhaps something was corrupt, so I download the source for 1.00.99 and attempted to install, but got this error:

Failure Did not find any .dnn file ???
Failure ExceptionSystem.Exception: File load failed, aborting at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.ReadZipStream() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()

I set the site permissions to allow .dnn files :)  but that didn't do anything, of course.  Any ideas? I could take a screenshot to give you a visual, but would be just as happy getting the source reinstalled and going from there, rather than trying to fix what is broken.

Disregard...at 4:45am I decided to read the .txt file in the FCK zip and figured out that you don't install it like regular modules. :)  I'm back in action, though quite tired, and the editor is working like a champ again.

...still not sure what caused the graphics to fill the editor window, though.
