I have just noticed that when I am logged out, if I click on the Register link I am not taken to a registration page. It appears to do something but after the page comes back (postback) then the same Home page is displayed.

What happened to the Registration page? so far I only have the two default users (host/admin). Been looking at the docs but can't find anything related to that. I looked in User accounts and I have them set to "Verify" because I don't want robot accounts.

How do I enable the registration page?

What DNN version are you running? Is this a fresh install or an upgrade?

I am running DNN 4.05.01 and it is a fresh install with only basic site configuration (SMTP settings, etc.) I just can't find anything regarding that problem.

I wonder if this has to do with setting registrations to "Confirmed" as opposed to "Public" but I do not think so. I want that an email be sent for confirming the registration in order to prevent fake accounts.

There are some settings where you can specify the Login page, etc. I noticed there when Iset Login to "Home" I could no longer login. Luckily I could still get back to it on the browser and change that setting. But in that section there is absolutely nothing about the Register page so there is no way I could have changed that myself.

did you specify another page for registration in Site settings?

I have been scanning the whole host/site configuration and don't see anything about configuring a Registration page. When I hover the registration link I see the following URL:

http://www.virtual-aviation.info/dnn/Home/tabid/37/ctl/Register/Default.aspx

but clicking on it takes me back to the same (Home) page. I looked in the installation directory and can't find any Registration page, or even the Home/ subdirectory so I guess there is some URL rewriting there.

I have not changed any of the URL rules either, they contain the defaults:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

Any ideas about it? it is a stumbling block so far.
