Hi All

I hope someone can help me here.  My casual approach to solving this has now become a panic.  I am using DNN 4.4.1. 

I didn't see "E-mail" in my profile list, so I added it.  Guess what happened next time I tried to login? I was prompted to update my profile with an email address, which I did.  Hit continue, and got this error:

Multiple controls with the same ID 'icoContact Info' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs.

This applies to logging in as admin and host.  So my question is: What file on the server defines these controls?  I assume I will have to go in and mod it manually, since I can't access admin or host now.  How do I fix this?  Most posts I see on this topic are from people who have installed a module that had non-unique control names.  Please help!!!  Not that you should care, but I am supposed to show my progress on this project this afternoon - as it is, no one including me can log in.

I posted a similar message to the Configure it forum yesterday, but there has been no response.

I have not seen this before, but my guess is you will need to go into the database and delete the offending duplicate entry.

I'm getting this same error with 4.9.x whenever I try to 'Manage Profile' on the User Account module.  Any ideas as to what would cause this and if not what tables should I be looking at to find the 'bad' record?
