Hey guys,

I've been trying to get the icons on the tabs vertically centered. By default, it looks terrible (on both the default and my current skin).  See the picture:

I was able to make it marginally better by messing with the text's CSS styles, but I lost my changes and can't remember what fixed it. Does anybody know of a solution? Thanks.

Quick edit: After posting the topic and looking at the picture, I realized that the icon IS centered. It's the text that's messed up.

Hello,

The reason the changes were lost was because I was using the Firefox developers toolbar to live-edit the html/css. I didn't take note of the relevant css classes because I wasn't happy with the results. I was hoping somebody had a better solution. Coming up with the relevant class again shouldn't be too hard.

The skin is a mostly unmodified Equinox skin. Preview: http://previews.nukeville.com/Default.aspx?alias=previews.nukeville.com/equinox-cobalt

Hi

I use .MainMenu_MenuContainer tr to set the height of the menu and .MainMenu_MenuItem td (and .MainMenu_MenuItemSel td for the hover) for the text alignment.

regards Bas

Can't you just use vertical-align: middle; on the class for the table row/cell/div?

Jeff
