Simple, just install it like you did the first time.  All released versions support upgrading.  Please see the readme.txt.

I found one error. When I post message to this forum, I have to wait for approvement. And when the forum sends message to me, the link is incorrect. I have to find from start.

This is a known issue.  It is logged in Gemini.

I am running DNN on Small Business Server what that means is that the IIS is not listening on port 80 but a mapped port in my case mel.jncd.com:9999 ... and external request gets mapped by the ISA server to the 9999 port.  DNN seems to operate fine with the older URL format but the FormBlog control makes a self reference when creating Forms to the site address with the port 9999 .. ISA then says no because port 9999 can not be referenced from the external side of the box.   Do not know how to explain the problem better than that.
