Does anyone know of a module that is similar to UsersOnline, but instead of showing all the users on the website it shows the users viewing the current page? For instance, if a user is on the Forum page it shows all other users also on that page.

the only module that i know of that works similar to what you need is the "where are they" module by ventrian (http://www.ventrian.com/Products/Modules/WhereAreThey.aspx)
