This shouldn't be that hard, at least in Rainbow Portal it isn't.

I add a "Wiki" to a page.   Under settings > Permissions > Filter By Group {All Roles} Everyone has view and edit.  I mean EVERYONE.

When logged in with admin access, in edit and view mode the Wiki section is blank.  You can't do jack.   Logged out, you can't create a page.   Can someone send a decent link on how to set this up, because (trust me) there isn't.

There are usage instructions(in a wiki) here:

Hope that helps.....

I too am having the same issue.  The instructions in the link above don't cover this issue.

If you login with admin access, click on "administration" in the Module Actions menu for the Wiki Module. Do you have

Use DotNetNuke Security for edit content permissions

checked?

If so, you should go to the Module Settings for the Module and check Edit next to the Roles you want to have rights on the module.

Also, are you in View mode or Edit mode for the web site. If in View mode, then you won't see the edit controls. The options are at top left in the admin control panel.

Cheers
