The question is: What do I need to do to get the authorization email to show the password?

Background:

I'm using 4.5.1 ... have the Site Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Security Settings >> User Registration set to Private. This requires me to authorize users who have registered on the site.  However, when I authorize them, the email that DNN sends does not contain the password ... it has a line for the password, but the password isn't shown ... it looks like this:

Portal Website Address: InMichigan.com

Username: jafter

Password:

This is what is contained in the Resource Name: EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PUBLIC_BODY.Text which is the resource used for the authorization email:

Portal Website Address: [Portal:URL]
Username: [Membership:UserName]
Password: [Membership:Password]

The interesting thing is that EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PUBLIC_BODY.Text is the same resource used if the User Registration is set to Public ... in that case when someone registers they get an email that contains their password.
