I am wanting to develop a new module and was wondering what the community thinks DNN needs.

A core forms module that passes the fields to a SQL DB...and perhaps a football pool module (with a survivor pool add-on).

I just came here looking for a module that will allow me to connect to an existing table in a DB and provide a mechanism for ADD EDIT DELETE of items. Is there anything that already does this?

Basically, I am working with a non-profit to create a school assessment tool. We are building some custom modules to collect school data and then run participants through a series of assessment questions. In collecting some of the upfront data we have quite a few lookup tables like SchoolType, SchoolLevel, SchoolLocale, etc. We would like to be able to connect to these tables and provide an ADMIN functionality to update the data in these tables.

So if there is nothing like this already, then that  would be nice.
