Hello,  I'd like to use the respository to upload file types with various suffixes.  For example Nikon .nef.  I'm not exactly sure where this is configured and couldn't locate it in the documentation, the forum or the code.

The repository accepts whatever file extensions are set in the Host->Host Settings->Other Settings. If you don't have host access to your portal then you will have to talk to your hoster about adding the extensions.
