Hi,

I have just tried to upgrade the survey in my DNN4.5.3 ( Is so unstable by the way constantly crashes)

I used the upload modules in host settings and i got this error message -

Now my DNN site is down with a run time error.

Can anyone advise what has gone wrong and how do i fix it

Try this - backup and remove these files:

bin\DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.dll
bin\DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.SqlDataProvider.dll
