Hey everyone! I just wanted to tell everyone that from reading the threads, alot of my questions have been answered.

But a problem still remains...

First, I began installing DDN, had a few major bugs, but in the end, everything went well.

Now after my installation is complete, when it is time for me to be redirected to the default.aspx page, I recieve an error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Source Error:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Stack Trace:

   System.Web.SyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() +92
   System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) +64

Now, I am not sure if I should fix my webconfig file, but I also do not want to have to start over again in installation.

1) I created a new database for DNN 4.5.3

2) I uploaded all of the files using FTP

3) I used the installation wizard:

-Passed Permissions check, passed database connection, created new modules, create all required usernames.

4) The wizard notified me that installation was complete. Then redirected me to: mysite.com/default.aspx.

5)Default.aspx has an error or "NULL/Interger" problem, and I have nooo clue what that means and where to begin to fix it :(

Please help
