Hello,

I've just finished the initial development of a new commercial DotNetNuke store front module, it's at a RC1 stage and I now need some user testing to be done.

The module is called "eTailer" and is a middle-weight ecommerce module for DotNetNuke 4.5.x or above.  It is pitched somewhere inbetween the free "Store" module and "Catalook.NET".  Full details of the module can be found at the eTailer Website, while a full demo can be found here:

http://www.emerald-solutions.co.uk/etailerdemostore

I'm looking for volunteers who are willing to install the module on their test servers and evaluate it for their business needs.  This means that the volunteers should be users who currently sell using DotNetNuke, or developers who build stores for clients.

Any volunteer should be willing to report back to me all issues they encounter with the software, including bugs, UI problems and improvements/recommendations.

In return for their assistance, all the volunteers I use will be given a free copy of the production release of the module.

I need a good cross section of business uses (i.e. some people that sell digital products, some that sell products with configuration options like size, etc and some that sell standard simple products).

If you would like to be considered as a volunteer, please contact me by email (address in profile and signature) briefly outlining your business model (so I can select the cross section of users I need).

Also, any and all comments on the demo or the module are welcome.

Allen,

I will send you a detailed e-mail later tonight, but I am an individual that personally sells digital products via my DotNetNuke website and I also do store setups for individuals selling both digital and other items via their sites.

I would be very intersted in testing this module for you.  I am well versed in ASP.NET, AJAX, and DNN so you can be assured that I will be able to provide you very detailed information regarding errors encountered, and even possibly solutions.

What a great news. I've been using your WWStore project on several of our sites for a while now.

I wish you a great success with this module as the community needs something that is not only completely reliable but also something that is intuitive. I'll be sending you an email today.

I would like to join the team, but i don't have an estore portal yet, i don't sell any products currently. I can test functionalities on hosted server, i can also localize the product for Turkish interface if you want.

Allan,

I had sent an email last week, hope you received it.

Any idea on when you'll start the program?
