I am working on a modification for a client to take the "My Settings" link to have it open in a new window.

I have found that it apperst that the code to render the nav bar is in the folloiwng components

Forum Group
Forum Moderate
ForumPost
ForumPortalSearch.
ForumThreadSearch
ForumThread

Now I see that all links are rendered via an iteration through the "NavigatorActions" collection in the ForumControl object.  What can I compare to to identify if it is the user settings link?

If my only option to check "Action.Url.Contains("UserSettings")" then modify the link accordingly?

Ok, it appears that I was able to get this working using code similar to the above..  For those curious, this is how I changed it...

For Each Action As ModuleAction In ForumControl.NavigatorActions
        'Start of tag - Default
        RenderCellBegin(wr, "Forum_NavBarButton", "", "", "", "", "", "") '

'Determine if we need to have the target blank
        If (Action.Url.IndexOf("usersettings") > 0) Then
            RenderLinkButton(wr, Action.Url, Action.Title, "Forum_Link", "", True)
        Else
            RenderLinkButton(wr, Action.Url, Action.Title, "Forum_Link")
        End If

        'Render end tag - Default
        RenderCellEnd(wr) '
     Next

It isn't elegant, but it works!
