Hi Steve,

I've tried to search for an answer to this problem but I couldn't figure out much.  Here's my issue:

- I use the repository module as a directory of links

- I have a dashboard module on a DIFFERENT page than the repository module

- when I click on any link in the dashboard the page containing the repository module is displayed and is filtered to only show the selected entry (no problem yet)

- when selecting the link (by clicking on visit) a new browser window is launch (good) but the link displayed is not the one selected.  It looks like in this case the URL used is the one for the first entry in the list (when the repository entries are not filtered).

Am I doing something wrong?  Is this a bug?  Anybody has the same problem?

I have the same issue and all my repository items are documents.  When a user clicks on the popular item link form the repository dashboard, they are taken to the repository page properly and the list is filtered to only show the correct item, but the download link and the edit pencil connect to the first item in the repository when it is not filtered.

I have posted the latest Repository Module 'Development Build' at
http://www.gooddogs.com/dotnetnuke/Downloads/tabid/57/Default.aspx

I believe it fixes the issue reported here and in other links that refer to the wrong file/link being processed when a file is selected from a Dashboard module.

The dev build which contains the fix for this issue is 3.01.14 Install Build 35870.

Hi, Once the link that you posted here doesn't work anymore I tried to upgrade do 3.01.17 to fix the problem with dashboard links, but the problem persists. I tried to upgrade to 3.5.0 Beta but because my DNN version is 05.01.04 it requires a DNN upgrade. Can you help me figuring what my options are? Thanks in advance, Ricardo
