I get  the following error when I go to the Admin » User Accounts page.

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.HtmlUtils.FormatEmail(String Email) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Users.UserAccounts.DisplayEmail(String Email) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I've gone into both the User table and the aspnet_Membership tables and looked for the email columns.

The User table has a column called Email which has valid email addresses in all records.

The aspnet_Membership table has two columns, LoweredEmail & Email. Both of these have valid email addresses for all records in the table.

Any ideas about what might be causeing the error?

Thanks

John

I found this answer:

Re: TTT Authentication Module question
Back to your question...  The problem is that the super user is associated with a different GUID than the GUID used for the portal.  You would need to change the ApplicationID GUID to use the same one that host is using in the aspnet_Users ...
