I've looked at the tables that are used by the Repository module and found out that none of them had a primary key (constraint), unique constraints or any other indices.

Did we do something wrong here with installing the Repository module so that they haven't been created? If they are not part of the project, then I would suggest adding them to it. Looking at performance and integrity of the database this is not acceptable.

We are using version 3.1.13

I've seen that other people also reported similar issues in the issue log for previous versions (e.g. Repository - 3.1.10 - Table Contraints)

Yes, that would be a good idea, because each time I want to edit the table, I can not due to this problem... I am obliged to do a "update xxx set xxx..."
