Just for the benefit of anyone else getting this IsSecure error, you may find that if you switch off your machine (or close down the .net framework ?) and restart, then the upgrading process will complete itself and your 4.5.5 localsite runs smoothly from there (as happened in my case, after my previous posting). Cheers
