I'm trying to upgrade from 4.4.1.  I get the following error in 04.05.00.log.  This is associated with upgrading the database.  I'd appreciate any help I can get in understanding/debugging/fixing this error.

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: CREATE UNIQUE INDEX terminated because a duplicate key was found for index ID 7. Most significant primary key is '1'.
Could not create constraint. See previous errors.
The statement has been terminated.

restore previous backup, manually remove duplicate entries in the folders table and restart upgrade.

As mentioned above check for the duplicates, remove and retry.  ALso be sure to check the files table for any associated records so that you do not leave any orphaned records.

Thank you both.

I also noted that upgrades to subsequent version of DNN would return "success" even with this particular error.
