Can anyone assist me with this?

I give the registered user Edit permissions on the Documents Module to allow them to 'Upload Document' BUT I don't want them to be able to 'Edit' the Documents already uploaded by someone else. I was trying to see if I could tweak it some how where I would remove the permission on the Document List (previously uploaded by someone else) and only allow them to view the 'Add New Document' link.  Can this be done?

PLEASE HELP!!

In the documents.ascx.vb file you can look at the ItemCreated method and possibly do a security check at that point and show/hide the edit link
